Real Estate Manager (all genders)

Tasks

• Professional customer service through the real estate services of the professional partner network
• Preparation of property listings, advertisements, print media, etc.
• Support with the management and administrative oversight of the real estate portfolio, including the collection of data for property maintenance and the further development of internal processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business or real estate management
• Professional experience in the real estate industry, ideally in marketing, leasing, and property management
• Due to our international partner network in the exclusively German-speaking business region of South Tyrol and the DACH region, we require excellent written and spoken German skills (at least C1).
• Strong business acumen, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured, solution-oriented manner
• Passion for Real Estate
• Communication Skills and Professional Demeanor
• Organizational skills, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, ideally supplemented by experience with real estate management systems
