Tasks

Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers in all credit matters
Advising clients on issues relating to pensions, investments, protection, retirement and taxes
Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
Collaboration in market development measures and performing representative tasks

Requirements

Completed banking training (possibly further training in banking or finance)
Experience in credit consulting (mortgage sector), preferably with Raiffeisen
Strong customer and sales-oriented thinking
Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
