Personal Account Manager (m/f/d)
Raiffeisen Luzern-Becken is seeking a Personal Client Advisor (m/f/d) for an 80–100% position to assist clients in developing personal financial plans and implementing savings and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have completed banking training and have experience in personal client advisory services.
Tasks
- Development of personalized financial plans tailored to our clients' needs and goals
- Providing active support to clients in implementing savings and investment options, loan and financing solutions, and retirement planning
- Performing tasks independently and on one's own initiative
- Contributing your own ideas and suggestions to help shape and develop the bank
Requirements
- Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in the banking industry
- Experience in providing personalized client advice; preferred: experience in retirement planning and/or private banking
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office, particularly with regard to analysis and evaluation tools
- Excellent customer and sales focus, as well as strong digital skills
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, a strong commitment to customer service, and excellent analytical and comprehension skills
