Personal Financial Advisor
Avera Bank is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to serve as a Personal Banking Advisor (100%) in Hinwil, to provide support and advice to clients in the retail banking segment. The position involves acquiring new clients, managing a personal client portfolio, and selling products and services.
Tasks
- Acquiring new clients and actively expanding the client base to further strengthen the branch network’s market position - Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of payments/savings, financing, investing, and retirement planning - Identifying client needs and actively selling products and services tailored to those needs - Maximizing and further developing existing client relationships and referring clients with more complex needs to the appropriate internal sales units (Private Banking, Corporate Clients)Requirements
- advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
