Avera Bank is seeking a motivated and confident individual to serve as a Private Client Advisor (80% to 100%) in Küsnacht, Zurich, to provide client support and expand the client base. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing a personal client portfolio, and providing comprehensive financial advice to private clients across various financial areas.
Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual client advisor in Küsnacht, working 80% to 100% of full-time hours.Your tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the division’s market position
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs
- Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with more complex needs to the appropriate internal departments
Requirements
- Advanced training in the areas of personal finance, budgeting, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales development skills, sales-oriented, skilled in negotiation, and adept at closing deals
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
- Efficient and precise approach
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible
