Job description
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Personal Account Manager, working 80% to 100% of full-time hours.Your tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding our customer base to further strengthen our market position
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of payments and savings, financing, investments, and retirement planning
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs
- Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with more complex needs to the appropriate internal departments
Requirements
- Advanced, specialized knowledge in the areas of: budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales development skills, sales-oriented, skilled in negotiation, and adept at closing deals
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
- Efficient and precise work methods
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible
