Personal Financial Advisor
Avera Bank is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to serve as a Personal Banking Advisor (80% to 100%) in Küsnacht, Zurich, to provide client support and expand the client portfolio. The position offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a modern work environment.
Tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer and business relationship portfolio to further strengthen the branch network’s market position.
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning.
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs.
- Leveraging and developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with more complex needs to the appropriate internal sales teams.
Requirements
- Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning.
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio.
- A strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals.
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and with a winning personality.
- Efficient and precise work methods.
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible.
