Job description

As a Personal Banking Advisor in Bauma (90% to 100%), you will be responsible for serving individual customers at the Bauma branch.

Requirements

• Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
• Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
• Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals
• Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
• Efficient and precise work methods
• Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible

Your tasks

• Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the branch network’s market position
• Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
• Identifying customer needs and actively selling products and services tailored to those needs
• Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with more complex needs to the appropriate internal sales teams
