Personal Financial Advisor (Bauma)
Avera Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (80–100%) for its Bauma branch to manage a client portfolio and promote the sale of products and services. The position requires advanced expertise in finance, a customer-focused approach, and strong sales skills.
Tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding our customer base to further establish our position in modern banking
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs
- Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships and marketing to customers with hedging transactions, utilizing the internal resources allocated for this purpose
Requirements
- Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
- Efficient and precise work
