Description

As a personal banking advisor at Bank Avera in Bauma, you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to your assigned clients in the areas of checking and savings accounts, financing, investments, and retirement planning.

Your tasks

- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further establish modern banking - Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of payments/savings, financing, investments, and retirement planning - Identifying client needs and actively promoting products and services tailored to those needs - Leveraging and developing existing client relationships and marketing services to clients through advice that aligns with their individual interests and needs

Requirements

- Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning - several years of experience managing your own client portfolio - strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset - excellent acquisition skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and strong at closing deals - enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable - efficient and meticulous work style - proactive, dedicated, and flexible
