Description
As a Personal Banking Advisor at Bank Avera in Bauma (80% to 100%), you will manage your own branch or your own client portfolio within a network of branches.Your tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the bank’s position in the modern banking sector
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs
- Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with tailored solutions directly to the appropriate internal specialists
Requirements
- Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
- Efficient and precise work
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible
