Personal Financial Advisor (Bauma)
Avera Bank is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to serve as a Personal Banking Advisor (80% to 100%) in Bauma, with the responsibility of managing their own client portfolio and expanding the client base. The position requires advanced expertise in the areas of banking/savings, financing, investing, and retirement planning, as well as a strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Description
As a personal client advisor, you will manage a branch location or your own client portfolio within a network of branches.Tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the bank’s position in the modern banking sector
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs
- Leveraging and further developing existing customer relationships and identifying customers who require consulting services, for the benefit of both internal and external sales channels
Requirements
- Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
- Efficient and precise work
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible
