Tasks

• Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the existing customer base to further strengthen the company's market position.
• Managing your own client portfolio and providing personalized advice to assigned individual clients on a wide range of topics, including fees and charges, financing, investing, and account management.
• Identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Ensuring that technical and customer-related documentation complies with statutory requirements.
• Ongoing updates to customer and property data.
• Picking and shipping mail and packages.
• Providing support to bank customers in all matters.
• Identifying sales opportunities.
• Managing client relationships (individual and institutional clients).
• Account Management.
• A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Basic business training (preferably in the banking sector)
• Field-specific continuing education (e.g., financial planner with a federal professional certification or similar)
• Advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of accounting/expenses, financing, investing, and extraordinary items
• Developed through relevant work experience (3 to 5 years)
• Several years of experience managing my own client portfolio
• Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals
• Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and personable
• Efficient and precise work methods
• Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible
