Tasks

• Responsibility for an existing customer portfolio and expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and targeted advice and support for customers in the basic products of the customer ranges (savings, payments, investments and pensions)
• Creation of customized solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situations of customers as well as the segment-specific product range
• Processing entry and administration of customer concerns to the responsible specialist advisors
• In the event of a deputy appointment / face-to-face consultation in specialist management
• Collaboration in target group-specific marketing activities such as mailing campaigns, analysis and representative tasks

Requirements

• Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in the back office
• Strong enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service and good communication skills
• Regular further education and training, or a goal-oriented personality with a winning demeanor
• Team player who likes to take responsibility and works independently and accurately
• Ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Great flexibility and adherence to deadlines
