Tasks

• For optimum support, you can call in our internal specialists in a targeted manner and thus create tangible added value.
• Your knowledge of English will also enable you to provide competent advice to international customers.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in banking and/or further training in business administration (e.g. HWV or HFW) or financial consulting / financial planning.
• You already have experience in advising clients - particularly in the areas of financing and investments - and know how to recognize and respond to individual needs.
• You will inspire our customers with your service orientation and winning manner.
• You are driven by a high level of initiative and entrepreneurial commitment - you think for yourself, get stuck in and contribute ideas.
• You are an empathetic personality who is passionate about the team, takes responsibility and actively lives our performance discussions.
• Your strong communication skills and assertiveness help you to convince customers and develop the best solutions together.
