• You provide our customers with comprehensive, tailored advice
• You identify customer potential and manage customer accounts independently
• You're familiar with everything from real estate financing to the bank's specialized services
• You enjoy building and strengthening customer relationships
• You rent out our products and services
• You will actively participate in bank and client events and represent our bank to the outside world

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship
• You're passionate about customer service and value direct communication
• You provide our customers with professional and empathetic advice and tailor your approach to their needs
• Your attitude and demeanor, flexibility, and resilience round out your profile
• You are passionate about your work and enjoy continuing to develop your skills
• Diversity is very important to you; you are willing to settle in our region or be more flexible in terms of location in order to build a relevant network

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Several years of experience in customer service
• Bank Customer Advisory Services
• Persuasiveness and communication skills
• Teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
• Experience with the Finova banking software

LANGUAGES

• German (spoken/written)
• English (spoken and written)
