Personal Account Manager
Bank Avera is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to serve as a Personal Banking Advisor (80% to 100%) for its Zurich/Küsnacht branch network. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing your own client portfolio, and providing comprehensive financial advice to individual clients across various financial areas.
Tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the chain’s market position.
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, investing, and retirement planning.
- Identifying customer needs and actively marketing products and services tailored to those needs.
- Maximizing and further developing existing customer relationships, and referring customers with more complex needs to the appropriate internal departments.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing a client portfolio.
- A strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, skilled at negotiation, and adept at closing deals.
- Enthusiastic, communicative, outgoing, and with a winning personality.
- Efficient and precise work.
- Proactive, ready to take on challenges, and flexible.
