Your tasks
- Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the branch network’s market position
- Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of banking and savings, financing, investing, and retirement planning
Your profile
- Basic business training (preferably in the banking sector)
- specialized continuing education (e.g., financial planner with a federal certification or similar)
- advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, personal matters, and retirement planning
- several years of experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, confident in negotiations, and skilled at closing deals
