Personal Account Manager, Bauma

Avera Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (80% to 100%) for its branch in Bauma to attract new customers and provide support to existing ones. The position offers a varied range of responsibilities, a modern work environment, and a competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Your tasks

  • Acquiring new customers and actively expanding the customer base to further strengthen the branch network’s market position
  • Managing your own client portfolio and providing comprehensive advice to assigned individual clients in the areas of banking and savings, financing, investing, and retirement planning

Your profile

  • Basic business training (preferably in the banking sector)
  • specialized continuing education (e.g., financial planner with a federal certification or similar)
  • advanced, specialized expertise in the areas of budgeting and saving, financing, personal matters, and retirement planning
  • several years of experience managing a client portfolio
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong sales skills, sales-oriented, confident in negotiations, and skilled at closing deals
