Individual Customer Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100%

Raiffeisenbank Region Rheinfelden-Baden is looking for an Individual Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for an 80-100% position to look after private customers, offer services, and actively acquire new customers. The ideal candidate will have completed banking training or comparable further training in banking or finance and have an open and customer-oriented attitude.

Our responsibilities

  • Ongoing support: You provide support to our private clients and understand their needs and wishes.
  • Offering services: You will serve as the point of contact for all of the bank’s products and services and actively promote our range of financial products and services to customers, such as:
    • Payment transactions
    • Loan and Mortgage Products
    • Investment and savings products
    • Precaution
    • Insurance
    • Revenue and Subscriptions
  • Active customer acquisition: You attract new customers by systematically tapping into the market's potential.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will meet with our existing and new private clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Sales and marketing activities: You will coordinate and conduct sales events.
  • Representational duties: You will be present at customer service events on special occasions and at official functions, such as receptions.
  • Initiative and support: You’ll have the freedom to take the initiative and receive support for your personal development.

What are you bringing with you?

  • Completed banking training or comparable continuing education in banking or finance
  • Additional requirements:
    • Versatility and a solid understanding of finance, investment, and retirement planning products
    • You have an open and customer-focused attitude.
    • You're ready to actively contribute to the team.
