Head of Information Security & Business Continuity Management (Asia)

Job Description

The Head of Information Security & BCM (Asia) is responsible for implementing the global information security strategy and initiatives in Asia. The position reports to the Regional COO and has a functional line of reporting to the Group CIO.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Supporting and implementing EFG's information security strategy and programs
• Regional Leadership in Information Security in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Management of information security programs and coordination with headquarters and regulatory authorities
• Identification, Assessment, and Management of Regional Information Security Risks and Vulnerabilities
• Management and coordination of incident response measures in collaboration with Head Office

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in information security, with extensive knowledge of security policies, practices, and technologies
• Experience in designing and implementing corporate security programs
• Hands-on experience in incident management and response
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage and influence virtual/remote teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
