Information Technology and Security Officer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT and security professional to lead and oversee information security, data management, and business continuity for Asia. The role is at the intersection of technology, risk, and operations. You will work closely with group and regional stakeholders.

Tasks

The most important tasks include:

• Implementation and monitoring of the bank's information security framework to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data
• Maintenance of relevant documentation for information security, data management, and business continuity
• Monitoring security incidents and implementing preventive measures
• Investigation of security incidents and preparation of regular security reports for Asian and group stakeholders

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• Academic degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
• Advanced IT knowledge of networks and systems, as well as certifications in information security (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) are an advantage.
• At least 6-10 years of experience in information security, IT risk, or technology governance in the banking or financial services sector
• Extensive knowledge of information security, local regulations, and industry best practices
• Experience in managing outsourced IT environments and vendor risks, information security risk assessment, and audits
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance operational and strategic tasks
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and flexible
