Infrastructure Quality & Test Lead

Tasks

• Responsible for overall project planning, including planning, execution, equipment, testing, preparation of test reports, delivery, and tracking of tests.
• Responsible for overseeing all assigned testing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining test case documentation.
• Development of test plans for managing project details, quality control for project planning, schedules, risks, and updates to deadlines.
• Responsible for overseeing all testing efforts, conducting daily and monthly functional tests, updating the test dashboard, and estimating the effort required based on the existing test case repository.
• Ensure the timely and efficient execution of activities to meet the project's delivery milestones: planning, testing, and tracking the completion and approval of test cycles.
• Investing additional time in the development and implementation of industry automation standards.
• Influencing and leveraging ongoing efforts that draw on both business and automated relationship expertise, with a commitment to becoming a source of management knowledge in the human resources of all infrastructure-related software.
• Providing technical leadership and oversight within an infrastructure practice and establishing quality components and projects across our key lines of business to ensure infrastructure delivery and quality.
• Responsibility for delivering customer-focused services to Global Technology Operations and Quality.
• Responsible for test planning and test management (coordinating test activities with the planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and release of infrastructure software).
• Operations planning and software testing using engineering practices for test processes and related test scenarios/designs and automation.
• Management and oversight of the overall quality of the defined scope in both business and technical areas, including builds, releases, quality risks, and escalation.
• Responsible for all quality-related dependencies and effectiveness, and for ensuring that SLAs, project/data service objectives, timelines, and costs are met and managed in conjunction with overall quality results.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience
