Infrastructure Manager (f/m/d)
Your challenges
- Monitoring and controlling the services of external IT infrastructure providers, in particular SBBcom as the primary partner
- Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for the various IT infrastructure services
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to modernize and optimize the IT infrastructure
- Management and maintenance of IT documentation and the IT infrastructure architecture of the Asset Inventor
- Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects due to the necessary IT infrastructure adjustments
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewall, etc.)
- Willingness to perform pilot sites regarding the internal and externally hosted IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of IT
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience in the administration of IT infrastructures, as well as in first and second level support and in cooperation with external partners
- Sound knowledge in the areas of network, server administration, virtualization and cloud services
- Experience in dealing with external service providers and knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and organizational talent
