Infrastructure Manager (f/m/d)

Job description

Your challenge

• Monitoring and controlling the services of external IT infrastructure providers, especially Servicecom as the primary partner
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for the various IT infrastructure services
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to modernize and optimize the IT infrastructure
• Management and maintenance of IT documentation and the IT infrastructure architecture of the asset inventory
• Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects as required with the necessary IT infrastructure adjustments
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewall, etc.)
• Willingness to carry out project activities relating to the internal and externally hosted IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of IT
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience in the administration of IT infrastructures, both internal providers and in cooperation with external providers
• Sound knowledge in the areas of network, server administration, virtualization and cloud services
• Experience in dealing with external service providers and knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs)
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
