Infrastructure Manager (f/m/d) Lichttenstein (Vaduz/Triesen) 80-100% | Permanent

Your challenge

• Monitoring and controlling the services of external IT infrastructure providers, especially Servicecom as the primary partner
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for the various IT infrastructure services
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to modernize and optimize the IT infrastructure
• Management and maintenance of IT documentation, IT infrastructure architecture and the Asset Inventor
• Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects as required with the necessary IT infrastructure requirements
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewall, etc.)
• Willingness to act as project manager for internal and external IT infrastructure

Your requirements

• Completed studies in the field of IT
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience in the administration of IT infrastructures, as well as in dealing and cooperating with external providers
• Sound knowledge in the areas of networks, server administration, virtualization and cloud services
• Experience in dealing with external service providers and knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs)
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
