Tasks

Définir les méthodes, techniques, standards et outils appropriés pour la mise en place et l'exploitation des systèmes d'exploitation et la distribution des applications
Put in place the necessary infrastructure elements to support the working environment of post users
Participate in the management of level 3 incidents within the team, ensuring effective resolution of complex problems
Analyze the breakdowns and defaults, identify the root causes and put in place corrective actions to eliminate the recurring problems
Guarantee the availability of the systems and ensure regular monitoring through detailed reports on their performance

Requirements

Diplôme en informatique ou autre domaine connexe
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire
Expertise confirmée des technologies suivantes :

Windows 10/11 Enterprise
Office 365 E1
Microsoft MEM (intune) / MECM (SCCM) (OSD, Autopilot, Mise à jour, Distribution de logiciels, application de paramètres, etc.)
Microsoft Azure AD (App Proxy, etc.)
Microsoft Always On VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Impression et GPO
Scripting PowerShell (PSAP/DeployToolkit)

Compétences en la téléphonie d'entreprise et les outils de collaboration (Teams)
Expérience en gestion des appareils mobiles (MAM pour Android, iOS)
Maîtrise du français (niveau C1) et de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum), l'allemand serait un atout
