Job description

Tasks

• Define the methods, techniques, standards and tools for the setup and operation of operating systems and the distribution of applications
• Implementation of the necessary infrastructure elements to support the working environment of the user workstations
• Participate in the management of Level 3 incidents within the team to ensure effective resolution of complex issues
• Analyzing malfunctions and failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures to eliminate recurring problems
• Ensuring the availability of systems and regular monitoring through detailed reports on their performance

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Confirmed expertise in the following technologies:
  • Windows 10/11 Enterprise
  • Office 365 E1
  • Microsoft MEM (Intune) / MECM (SCCM) (OSD, autopilot, update, software distribution, application of settings, etc.)
  • Microsoft Azure AD (App Proxy etc.)
  • Microsoft Always On VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, printing and GPO
  • Scripting PowerShell (PSAppDeployToolkit)
• Skills in corporate telephony and collaboration tools (Teams)
• Experience in the management of mobile devices (MAM for Android, iOS)
• Proficiency in French (level C1) and English (level B2 minimum), German would be an advantage
