Tasks

• Management of licenses (MLFST, Connect Direct, ...) and some MSSQL services.
• Industrialized management of the deployment and maintenance of agents and technical equipment installed on all or part of the service park: scripting, automation, mises à jour...
• Management of a parc applicatif sous Windows : Installation and maintenance of an application park with alternative applications, together with the publishers / integrators of these products,
• Mise en place de mécanismes ad-hoc de monitoring et d'auto-remédiation : scripting, intégration avec les outils de monitoring / gestion d'incident,
• Management of the safety aspects associated with these activities: implementation and monitoring of safety standards, analysis of incidents (CVE, deviations, etc.) and associated reminders,
• Astreintes et gestion des incidents associés à ces activités.

Requirements

Technical skills

• Très bonne maîtrise de Windows et de l'administration des rôles/services Windows : IIS, Scheduling, Event Log, Terminal Server, Active Directory, ...
• Significant experience in the installation and management of production applications (publisher's product, internal development, etc.) under Windows,
• Très bonne maitrise du scripting sous Windows : batch, PowerShell,
• Maîtrise des problématiques de production associées,
• Connaissance de l'Ansible, Git : Un sérieux atout,
• Maîtrise de MS-SQL (installation, configuration, support), un atout,
• Expérience des serveurs d'application / web Open Source (Tomcat, Apache...),
• Expérience des outils de transfert de fichier et ordonnanceur du commerce.

Profile

• Études supérieures en informatique (Master ou équivalent) ou expérience d'apprentissage / professionnelle significative,
• Expérience dans un rôle similaire de production IT avec une forte orientation sur la gestion de production,
• Intérêt prononcé pour l'automatization des processus IT et l'amélioration continue,
• Strong analytical and structuring skills, solutions orientation, sense of service and team spirit,
• Maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances d'anglais,
• Resident Suisse ou volonté de se domicilier en Suisse, afin de participer au service d'astreinte.
