- Experienced professional in the configuration and operation of CICS, DB2, and MQ on z/OS
- Expert in JCL, REXX, REXX ISPF, and RACF
- Knowledge of COBOL, REXX, DB2, and assembly language
- Good knowledge of Z/OS, USS, and MVS storage management tools (dfsms, dfrmm, and dfhsm)
- Operational knowledge of middleware on Z/OS: CICS (options: CICSPLEX, DB2, MQ), MQ, WAS, IHS, CTG, and DB2 to provide on-call support
- Knowledge of TWS/OPC, HSM, Java, and Unix
Profile
- Master's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
- 5–10 years of experience in a mainframe systems engineering role
- Practical experience in installing and configuring mainframe software and providing Level 3 technical support
- Ability to provide on-call and production support services outside of regular business hours and on weekends
- Sense of responsibility, thoroughness, and independence
- Orientation skills, customer service orientation, team spirit
- Fluent in French and very proficient in English
- Resident in Switzerland or intention to take up residence in Switzerland
