Tasks

• Monitoring, maintenance and updates of communication systems
• Conception and implementation of communication solutions, especially in the environment of Microsoft Teams and video conferencing systems
• Responsibility for the statistics of telephone systems and the further development of Microsoft Teams
• Collaboration in a project environment with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Technical support at the highest level (Level 3)
• Technological monitoring and further development of communication solutions
• Maintenance and further development of internal telephony tools

Requirements

• Telephony and networks:
  • Experience with VoIP and network technologies
  • Knowledge of SIP, Wireshark and TCPdump
  • Experience with SBC and Microsoft telephony systems
• Solutions for collaboration and the cloud:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Intune and Azure
  • Experience with contact center solutions
• Development and scripting:
  • Knowledge of ASP, PowerShell, .NET and HTML
  • Ability to read and write complex network diagrams
• Other:
  • Degree in telecommunications, networks or systems
  • Experience in VoIP and collaboration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools and cloud infrastructures
  • Analytical skills and responsiveness
  • French (mother tongue), very good English, German (an advantage)
