Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for a person to process letters from the bankruptcy and debt collection offices, manage customer positions and communicate with customers and bankruptcy debtors. Job description

What you can expect

  • You process pending letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
  • You will independently manage customer positions with account balances and take an active role in AKB's debt collection and restructuring process. This also includes the occasional direct exchange with customers and bankruptcy debtors on special issues.
  • You are the contact person for our customer advisors and other internal departments for questions relating to debt collection issues.
  • You will sometimes get involved in smaller projects and high-priority topics.

What you bring with you

  • If possible, you have already worked for several years in debt collection, at a financial institution or for a tax consultant. Professional experience in accounting (debt collection/bankruptcy law) or law is also helpful.
  • You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
  • With your strong communication skills, you are convincing in your dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • We accept requests for changes due to any handicaps.
  • You enjoy working in a team as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working. You will be flexible in the office or directly in the district of Aargau or elsewhere in the canton. Our work-life balance knows possibilities.
