Innovation Management Team Member

LGT is seeking a candidate to support the Innovation Management Team in a fixed-term position with a workload of 35–60%. The role requires project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in new technologies and innovation-related topics.

Your area of responsibility

In this role, you will support the Innovation Management Team on a 35–60% basis as part of a one-year fixed-term contract, either on a daily wage basis or in a planning capacity.

Your profile

  • Project management skills and experience in banking or finance are a plus; a strong interest in designing
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others and handle stress, and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • A strong interest in and affinity for new technologies and innovation-related topics
  • Initiative and dedication with a commitment to high quality
