We are seeking a highly motivated Institutional Sales Associate to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you will play a key part in presenting our product portfolio and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience and contribute to the continued growth of our business. Key activities include:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in the financial services sector, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple prospects, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking pipeline activities and customer interactions
• Fluent English; fluent German or French is a strong advantage
