Integration Execution Specialist

Your role

We are looking for an Integration Execution Specialist to help us improve the client experience for our large institutional clients in Asset Servicing.

Tasks

• Supporting different business areas and delivering a positive client experience
• Manage the onboarding of institutional clients and their asset managers, including product set-up, coordination of securities migrations through communication with our settlement teams, external custodians and counterparties
• Screening, sorting, preparing, completing and filing contracts; extensive preparation work in support of client advisors/relationship managers
• Planning and execution of client asset transfers; coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. settlement teams, sub-custodians, counterparties, asset managers)

Your expertise

• Knowledge of the custody business
• Experience as an Account Manager
• Ideal: Experience in the settlement sector
• In addition:
• Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering first-class results
• Ability to solve problems and perform in a changing environment
• Interest in process optimization, digitalization and automation
• Ability to learn quickly and pick up new activities
• Ability to prioritize work based on internal priorities
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in German, French (optional)
• At least 2-3 years experience in banking
