**Integration Specialist**

The Integration Specialist is responsible for the administration and further development of the Mulesoft integration platform to ensure the reliability, security and scalability of integration solutions. The focus is on managing APIs, monitoring systems and collaborating with development teams and business partners.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. This professional will be primarily responsible for the management and further development of our Mulesoft integration platform to ensure the reliability, security and scalability of our integration solutions.

Main tasks

  • Manage and administer the Mulesoft platform, including configurations, upgrades and maintenance.
  • Design, monitor and optimize APIs to ensure best practices in security and governance.
  • Implement monitoring solutions and proactively manage system health and performance.
  • Work closely with development teams and business partners to support integration requirements.
  • Documenting integration processes and maintaining operational standards.
  • Support incident management and problem solving in connection with integrations.

Required qualifications

  • Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform administration and development.
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs, API management, security best practices and governance models.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and proactive platform health management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in integration development and administration.
  • Mastery of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act and related principles, laws, rules and regulations and Itau's related policies and procedures.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with .NET development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components, including network, servers, cloud services and security protocols.

Soft skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
