Job description

The position of Intermediate Digital Sales Manager (100%) (f/m/d) offers you the opportunity to apply your skills in digital sales management and development.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Client Engagement & Advisory: Advising intermediaries on our in-house digital offerings, conducting needs assessments, and recommending technology platforms and connectivity solutions
• Sales Enablement & Business Development: Supporting relationship managers with client presentations and sales activities, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Digital Platform & Offering Development: Further development and adoption of our in-house digital offerings; identification of opportunities for improvement in workflows, connectivity, and user-friendliness
• Connectivity & PMS Management: Supporting PMS connectivity projects, maintaining relationships with PMS providers and digital partners

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Academic background: A university degree with above-average grades, ideally a master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
• Industry expertise: In-depth understanding of the private banking industry and the intermediary business model, including a solid knowledge of banking products, services, and workflows
• Technical and digital expertise: Excellent knowledge of modern banking applications and Microsoft Office tools, strong knowledge of professional financial platforms, trading, and connectivity standards
• Communication and collaboration skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, leadership qualities, storytelling ability, and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
