Internal Credit Risk
EFG International is seeking an Internal Credit Risk Manager to analyze and structure credit applications under the supervision of the credit team and to support the management of the credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field and experience working in an international environment.
Tasks
Under the supervision of the credit team, you will:- Support credit officers in the assessment, analysis, and structuring of credit applications (mainly Lombard facilities including FX/derivative transactions, EU mortgages (RRE) under MCD, and other loans/credit cards) within the delegated competencies booked in Luxembourg.
- Prepare loan documentation such as loan agreements and lien agreements, etc.
- monitor the follow-up of missing credit documentation.
- Support daily monitoring of coverage gaps and take appropriate follow-up measures.
- Ensure that the credit portfolio and credit files are managed and maintained properly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
- You are familiar with working in an international environment. English is required. French is a strong advantage.
- You are familiar with Excel and the Office suite.
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the principles of credit risk management is an advantage.
