Job description: Internal Communications Specialist

Tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication plans to support corporate initiatives and business priorities
• Creation and distribution of engaging content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet posts, videos and presentations
• Support in the maintenance and administration of internal communication tools (e.g. intranet, internal e-mail platforms, digital signatures)
• Support for intranet publishers
• Work with key teams to ensure the message is consistent and aligned with company goals and values
• Support for internal events, town halls and leadership communications, including content creation and logistics
• Monitoring engagement metrics and collecting feedback to improve internal communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a similar role
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
• Familiarity with internal communication tools (e-mail platforms, intranet, video content)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Language skills and abilities

• Native German speaker
• Knowledge of English and French is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
