Job description: Internal Communications Specialist
Tasks
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication plans in support of corporate initiatives and business priorities.
- Creation and distribution of engaging content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet posts, videos and presentations.
- Support in the maintenance and management of internal communication tools (e.g. intranet, internal e-mail platforms, digital signage).
- Support for intranet publishers.
- Collaborate with key teams to ensure the message is consistent and aligned with company goals and values.
- Support for internal events, town halls and leadership communications, including content creation and logistics.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and collecting feedback to improve internal communication.
Requirements
- Degree in communication sciences, journalism, marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools (e-mail platforms, intranet, video content).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Language skills and abilities
- German mother tongue.
- Knowledge of English and French is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
