Internal Quality Assurance Specialist
UBS Group Internal Audit (GIA) is looking for an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist to perform internal quality reviews and develop innovative solutions for improvement proposals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in leading internal audit projects and will impress with strong analytical and communication skills.

Your role
We are looking for an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist who:
- Conducts and manages internal quality assurance (IQA) reviews of audits across all audit departments/functions and assesses the effectiveness of key processes and infrastructures of Group Internal Audit (GIA)
- provides practical, innovative, and value-adding solutions for all findings, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the GIA
- builds strong relationships with key GIA executives and increases IQA's influence by influencing change
- Represents IQA at local and global GIA management meetings, e.g., by sharing audit results and measures
Your expertise
We are looking for someone with:
- University degree and intellectual curiosity
- 3+ years of experience managing internal audit projects
- strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
- detailed understanding of banks and capital markets
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in agile working methods
- Reliability at work independently, with sound judgment about when issues need to be escalated
- Risk focus and ability to use data analytics to gain insights
