Internal Quality Assurance Specialist

Your role

We are looking for an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist who:

• Conducts and manages internal quality assurance (IQA) reviews of audits across all audit departments/functions and assesses the effectiveness of key processes and infrastructures of Group Internal Audit (GIA)
• provides practical, innovative, and value-adding solutions for all findings, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the GIA
• builds strong relationships with key GIA executives and increases IQA's influence by influencing change
• Represents IQA at local and global GIA management meetings, e.g., by sharing audit results and measures

Your expertise

We are looking for someone with:

• University degree and intellectual curiosity
• 3+ years of experience managing internal audit projects
• strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
• detailed understanding of banks and capital markets
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in agile working methods
• Reliability at work independently, with sound judgment about when issues need to be escalated
• Risk focus and ability to use data analytics to gain insights
