Your role
We are looking for an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist who:
- Conducts and leads Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) reviews of audits across all audit departments/functions and assesses the effectiveness of key processes and infrastructures of Group Internal Audit (GIA)
- provides practical, innovative, and value-adding solutions for identified deficiencies, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the GIA
- builds strong relationships with key GIA executives and increases IQA's influence by influencing change
- Represents IQA at local and global GIA management meetings, e.g., by sharing audit results and measures
Your expertise
We are looking for someone with:
- University degree and intellectual curiosity
- 3+ years of experience in managing internal audits or similar activities
- strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
- detailed understanding of banking products and processes
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in agile working methods
- Reliability at work independently, with sound judgment when problems need to be escalated
- Risk focus and ability to use data analytics to gain insights
