International Payroll Administrator

Job Profile Summary
As a key member of the payroll team, the main purpose of this role is to process international salaries from start to finish. Reporting to the International Payroll Specialist, this is a great opportunity if you are looking for a new challenge in a financial services company. The payroll team processes salaries in 15 different regions.Tasks
- Coordination with the International Payroll Specialist with a focus on the complete processing of multi-state US salaries (not monthly, but bi-monthly), Belgian and Swiss salaries, and Liechtenstein salaries every month. Preparing input records, recording overtime, working with international teams to ensure that all changes affecting salaries are reported and implemented, and complying with salary deadlines, month-end, and year-end. - Support for various cross-border payroll projects, such as US payroll (processing 1000+ Australia/China/Denmark/Netherlands/Hong Kong/Ireland/Czechia/Poland/Spain and Switzerland). - Reconciliation and month-end closing, as well as provision of payroll, production, and financial data, distribution of pay slips and reports, and follow-up on correspondence. - Support with year-end accounting and reporting for international payroll, including GDPR reports for the finance and HR teams, as well as tax card support. - Handling employee inquiries via phone, email, Slack, and Service Now. - Assisting with updating and creating process notes and optimizing processes within the payroll department.Requirements
- The position is ideal for candidates with the right attitude who have 2-3 years of relevant salary knowledge in international salaries (preferably in a company of similar size) or experience with salary systems (ideally with experience in the implementation or project management of salary systems). - Professional knowledge of Excel (up to expert level) and experience with at least one of the following systems: Workday, Progression (Sage), or ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive US (or equivalent). - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail and to work both independently and as part of a team. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent time management skills.We offer
