International Private Bank, Associate Client Advisor - Swiss Onshore Market

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Client Advisor for the Swiss market in Zurich to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships in order to offer a comprehensive wealth management solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in private banking, excellent communication skills, and a strong network.

Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private banking business. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.

Tasks

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you will guide new client acquisitions and relationships through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business results and acquire new assets
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise when needed
  • Understanding customer needs and goals in order to develop and implement investment plans
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
  • Collaborate with other Client Advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals

Requirements

  • Significant experience in private banking, working with high net worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding area
  • Previous experience in business development with knowledge of profiling, negotiation, and proactive acquisition of referrals
  • Dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and outstanding presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to conducting business
  • Experience or demonstrable understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts
  • Strong reputation with an established network
  • Fluent English and German

Preferential requirements

  • Asset allocation / Experience with multi-asset class portfolios or sales experience is an advantage
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
  • Fluent French and/or Italian
