Job Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private banking business. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.Tasks
As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Key responsibilities include:- Generate results and acquire new assets
- Advise clients on their overall financial situation, including asset allocation, investment management, financial planning, and credit and banking needs
- Partner with in-house specialists to provide clients with interdisciplinary expertise as needed
- Understand customer goals and objectives in order to develop and implement a comprehensive investment plan
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Collaborate with other client advisors on the team to maximize the team’s strength and achieve the team’s goal
Requirements
The required qualifications, skills, and characteristics include:- Extensive experience in private banking with high-net-worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding regions
- Previous experience in business development, with knowledge of profitability, negotiation, and proactive fee collection
- Dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach
- Experience or proven knowledge of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts
- Strong reputation with an established network
- Fluent English and German
Preferred qualifications
Preferred qualifications, skills, and characteristics include:- Asset allocation / Experience with multi-asset class portfolios or sales experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus

- Fluent French and/or Italian
