International Private Bank, Associate Client Advisor - Swiss Onshore Market

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Client Advisor for the Swiss market in Zurich who will provide experienced client advice and acquisition and deliver a first-class experience for clients. The incumbent will be part of a dynamic team and will support clients with asset management and planning.

Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private banking business. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.

Tasks

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you will lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Generate results and acquire new assets
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise when needed
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Strictly comply with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
  • Collaborate with other client advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals.

Requirements

The following qualifications, skills, and characteristics are expected for this position:
  • Extensive experience in the private banking industry, particularly working with high net worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding area
  • Previous experience in business development with knowledge of profitability, negotiation, and proactive acquisition of referrals
  • Dynamic and credible personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach
  • Knowledge of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts, including asset allocation, structured products, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, basic fiduciary and estate products, and investment advice for clients
  • Fluent English and German

Preferred qualifications

The following qualifications, skills, and characteristics are advantageous:
  • Experience with asset allocation or distribution of investment products
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification

  • Fluent French and/or Italian
