As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Your responsibilities would include:- Generate results and acquire new assets
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise
- Understanding customer needs and goals in order to create and implement an investment plan
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Collaborate with other Client Advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:- Significant experience in private banking, particularly with high net worth private clients in Zurich and the surrounding area
- Previous experience in business development with knowledge of portfolio, negotiation, and proactive acquisition of referrals
- Dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and outstanding presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business management
- Experience or demonstrable understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts
- Strong reputation and established network
- Fluent English and German
Preferred qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with:- Experience in asset allocation or asset distribution
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
- Ability to thrive in a culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
- Fluent French and/or Italian
