Job Information

The ReEntry Program offers experienced professionals who are currently on a career break of at least two years the support and resources they need to revitalize their careers. The program covers over 30 locations worldwide.

Job responsibilities

Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. They must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, present complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner, and have relevant experience for the program's requirements. We are seeking candidates for a wide range of roles within our asset management business and are particularly interested in people with an interest in the following areas:

• Customer service
• operations
• product
• Marketing
• Finance and Business Management
• technology

Requirements

Required qualifications, skills, and characteristics:

• Previous and established experience in the financial services and/or banking industry
• Proven customer management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, internally and externally to the bank
• Ability to multitask, manage pressure, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented
• Fluent spoken and written English required, any additional languages are a plus

We offer

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship that begins on April 22, 2026, and ends on July 31, 2026, with the prospect of a permanent position at JPMorgan Chase at the end of the program. Permanent positions will be based on both business needs and the candidate's skills.
