As a private banker at JPMorganChase in Geneva, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and serving existing clients from Mexico, drawing on your extensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. Your role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive wealth management solution for your clients.

As a Private Banker, Mexico, Executive Director within the International Private Bank, you will acquire and retain new clients through your comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for the client experience and will leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution.

Our private bankers are high achievers with a proven track record who offer specialized advice. They will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing careful solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and through new Mexican client acquisition - Advise clients on their entire balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs - Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when necessary - Understanding clients' goals and objectives and developing and implementing plans for their entire balance sheet, including holistic asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction, and tactical asset allocation, estate planning, credit, and banking needs - Ensuring that solutions meet clients' short-, medium-, and long-term needs and goals through a holistic, goal-oriented planning approach - Strictly following all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures - Partnering with other client advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals

Requirements

- Extensive experience in private banking with ultra-high-net-worth individuals from Mexico - Previous experience in business development with Mexican clients, with knowledge of prospecting, negotiating, and proactively soliciting referrals - Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and possesses exceptional presentation skills - Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach to their business - Experience or demonstrable understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts, including but not limited to: Asset allocation across structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, basic fiduciary and estate products, and identification of wealth planning opportunities - Starter reputation with an established network in Mexico - Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications

- Asset allocation/multi-asset class portfolio or sales experience is advantageous - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus - Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
