Job Responsibilities
- The client is seeking a principal for the local Swiss markets.
- As the person responsible for implementing asset allocation.
- Deploying client allocations to a model-driven portfolio of high-quality investment products from our clients, across markets and geographies, to increase client satisfaction and build client retention.
- Build and expand networks throughout Switzerland and in other European financial centers.
- This key role requires you to have clients in the local Swiss markets.
- Strongest and support the team in delivering excellent products to clients in the sector, who are privately administered and managed, particularly through J.P. Morgan's three investment models.
- Build self and client capabilities in effective planning and product development in new markets.
- Responsible for corporate-related fees for private bankers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in private banking, including asset-class evaluation and execution.
- Extensive experience in relationship building.
- A combination of marketing, research, and investment skills.
- You have current, relevant (or, upon hiring, the opportunity to obtain) Swiss (or) and local market experience in managing or evaluating asset allocation (whether the market is rising, falling, or sideways; whether you’re increasing, decreasing, or maintaining positions), and it’s a plus if you can do so—but it’s not required.
- Similar institutional experience.
- Strategic client relationships.
- Experience in institutional sales, client service, and trading.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting would be an advantage, but you'll always have the opportunity to learn.
- You'll need a knack for working with clients and the ability to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle large-scale, rapid, and extensive projects.
- Working with a diverse client base.
