Job Summary

• As the leader of Private Banking for the non-U.S. market, you would lead our team and coordinate its activities based on a broad understanding of treasury, foreign exchange, and structured notes.
• You are also able to demonstrate our commitment to customer relationship management by responding to customers' needs through a trusted experience and by building their confidence.

Job Expectations

• Responsible for the client experience in Turkey
• Be responsible for our asset management business in Turkey, building and developing our services for clients as an alternative source of funding to meet their additional needs.
• Help the team meet sales targets in asset allocation, alternative investments, and structured products
• Manage most clients' current bank accounts and coordinate with public and government agencies
• Monitor market activity through J.P. Morgan's trade management platforms and website
• Stay in touch with our client relationship teams
• Ensure that client team services are managed, and cross-sell and cross-up-sell the latest products.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience as a private banking or asset management professional and in business.
• Minimum experience in trade management, such as setting up client volume allocations and deals.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience in private/client relationship management, including working with clients, managing senior-level engagements, closing deals, and managing or training others.
• Knowledge of commercial risk and client relationships (e.g., product positioning).
• Strong methodology management and asset-building skills, so that you can make optimal use of them.
• Experience in a diverse range of fields, including banking, treasury, lending, financing, legal, sales, tax, accounting, or debt and derivatives.
• Maturity and professionalism
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proven ability to build a broad network of high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with multi-sector exposure in international or wealth planning arrangements
• English is required
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required
